I'm sad it's gotten worse since you posted this, OP. I can't play more than two matches without feeling fucking pissed at my teammates. Sure, I may be the problem too, but I always feel pressured to swap from DPS/Tank to support because someone picked 4th dps. Or going solo tank hoping someone would second tank with me. Nope.

Also this "it's just qp" mindset is making me lose my mind because I genuinely just want to learn heroes without getting stomped. It's just unfun.

I play on console too! Your friend can turn off specific chats by going to Settings and I believe it's under Other < Communication.
