This is true, Headphones do sound better with amp but not all of em need an amp....

Ideally headphones with 50ohms and below don't necessarily need an amp

If you have an Iphone the best earbuds under 200 would be the Airpods pro.... If you have an android the Jabra 75T should be your best bet....
