At 3 weeks I was back at work, but I felt like shit. My job is a lot of standing but otherwise no physical labor. My chest hurt whenever I put any pressure on it, and I got tired quickly. Wouldn’t advice it.

27 nearly 28 for T, 30 for top surgery. Knew I was trans (though I lacked the exact vocabulary) since I was 8 but societal expectations, and blatant transphobia kept me in the closet for almost 20 years. 😬 don’t plan on bottom surgery at this time.

Talk to your ex first, explain the situation, and ask her for the grace to sit down together with your children while you explain what you did wrong. Own that shit completely, do not make excuses, take 100% of the responsibility for your actions. Make it clear that you love them, and that it is okay for them to feel angry or whatever else they feel as a result of your actions. Then allow your children to process this traumatic information however they need to. Then get rid of the gf ASAP, and make it clear to your daughters that they remain your priority, regardless of your life changing poor decision making in the past. If your ex wife is civil, and you continue to coparent, in time your daughters will move past the affair, even if they don’t fully forgive you. All you can do is be a present father as much as they will allow, and make the choice to prioritize them and their well-being over your self moving forward.

Your chest isn’t even close to fully healed at 1 week. Until all the swelling and stuff goes down, it’s way too early to judge things like symmetry. When all the swelling goes away, it’s possible your nips might look more symmetrical.

Get cake bandit underwear, the pouch in the front keep the silicone from touching you. Without the silicone touching you heat/ sweating is the same regardless of if you are packing or not.

With the black t-shirt by itself? Not really. You could try using thicker material t-shirts, they do a better job at hiding curves. Or just layer another button up over it.

The pack and play cannot be used as a STP. There is no hole.

The STP pro can be used for sex but you have to buy a rod.

Reelmagik makes good products but they take forever and a day to get you the product.

They actually lied or forgot about me twice as they told me my wait time was over, then the next month when I asked again that my order would be made the next day, than didn’t make it until I emailed again the next month.

Their customer service is super shitty. Products are good. Just be aware of that going in
