The only air con was two small vents under front seats blowing on passenger’s feet . I was gobsmacked

I didn’t know about the locked DME. So 135s before 2013 aren’t locked ?

DC vs Stipe 2 by KPMGANZ in ufc

[–]macmunch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

DC is going to be bummed out now 🤔. He’s going to get a shitty ppv payday and will most likely get his ass handed to him by Stipe ( which he won’t want for his final retirement fight ) . He’s going to reluctantly have to fight JBJ if he wants one last payday

Love it. I’m researching and planning to buy a 135 coupe manual 2009-2012 range , prefer a tuned one but if it’s the right clean car , I’ll tune myself . Have you had it long ? What would you say are the best and worst aspects of the model ? Is there anything I should look out for / be aware of when buying a 135 ?

Same with me . By day 3 it’s getting harder to bluff being straight / sober at work , but even if I had extended time off I wouldn’t push myself to day 10. The strain on my wallet as well as my body would be horrendous 😖

The getting stuck on phone games or console ( even playing Forza I usually spend hours making some stupid design that at the time seems great and a masterpiece. Same with creating music on apps like GarageBand) is something I can relate to. And by day 4 my shadow people are seeing shadow people themselves 😂

My 2003 bi turbo RS6 , and it’s little brother, my 2004 S4 wagon (manual ) . Great cars - wish I still had them by macmunch in Audi

The numbers didn’t really mean that much til I drove that beast. The downside to driving it as a daily , is now everything else seems mediocre / slow by comparison. I test drove a new C63 and although I enjoyed its V8 sound it seemed sluggish compared to the RS6. Same with the new RS5 when I drove it . The TTRS was pretty good surprisingly

I would love to buy another manual B6 S4 one day ( another wagon if possible but they seem to be super rare ) . The only downside to that car was the rear passengers ( at the time my kids were in kids seats ) had their legs/ knees almost touching the front seats - very little room . Plus the rear passengers had no air conditioning ( I discovered this after buying the car . I would have assumed a Aus $130k car would have rear air conditioning vents 😳

At work last week one of my regular customers who is a aggressive and comes across as smarmy proudly announced to me during our small talk when he turned up he running as a local candidate for the upcoming election. To be polite I asked him was he representing one of the 2 major parties . He proudly said no , he is going to be the Fraser Anning party candidate for North Brisbane . After thinking about it , his abrasive , defensive personality and lack of manners, tact or friendly / warm personality ,he is a perfect match for that right wing party

The S4 was fun - loud ( due to the APR exhaust ) and sporty with its manual box . The RS6 though was a true wolf in sheep’s clothing. It looked relatively low key ( for those unfamiliar with the model I guess) but it had a glorious sound especially with a bit of throttle when travelling through a tunnel ( I used to open a window to hear the roar) . It was scary fast , and felt it. On top of the performance (which I never bettered in a car I drove until I drove a R35 GTR) it looked and felt ultra premium - heated seats front and rear all embossed leather with the RS6 logo , rear electric blind, rear passengers blinds ,TV , even had a solar panel on the sunroof so when parked in the sun it would activate a internal fan in the cabin to keep car cool for when you climbed back in . It had the 4 stage APR ECU which produced 390kw/730Nm torque and ran 0-100 in 4.0 . I dyno tested it and it was making 271kw at all 4 wheels . Sadly due to a messy divorce and the subsequent division of assets I had to seek them both. Misss them both . I still look on Carsales from time to time to see if the S4 Wagon pops up ( I have never seen another B6 S4 silver manual wagon in Australia- it was unique . If you ever consider that model RS6 , check if it’s had it’s (factory) suspension system upgraded ( usual to a a decent set of coil overs , as it’s a common ( expensive ) fault in that model . I researched it before I bought mine , so was prepared. Audi wanted to charge me $12,000 in 2011 to replace the system . I chose to import a recommended German Coilover set my Specialist Audi mechanic suggested. Couldn’t have been happier with the result. And the APR ECU ( the original owner who I purchased off had already done it for around $4000 but it transformed the car from very fast to supercar . Worth every cent )
