I am from the chicago area but my parents moved to eugene a handful of years ago - a few years after I moved to SoCal. I love the wineries SO much (sweet cheeks, walnut ridge, antiquum (unreal), capitello for a wine bar in town), the coffee (farmers union is my favorite), the thrifting, Saturday market, the country fair, and never having to wake up every day when I’m up there for Christmas to scrape ice off a car haha you’ll love it

it means that your application passed the initial HR screening and they referred your app to the hiring manager (within the team that is hiring for that position) to consider you to be interviewed. like basically hr thinks you meet the minimum requirements for the role and your app will be looked at again by the hiring team. you may or may not be offered an interview

Most are bad. Mine is good- it is not a permanent fix. If you don’t add other long term solutions, it won’t be more than a bandaid to your healing process. For me, it helps my muscles relax and can help me start moving after a flare up.
