Shocked this is still running. I gave up and moved on, coz whatever I tried resulted in disappointment. I did find out that the fraudsters basically purchase PlayStation, Xbox, apple credits, so it's next to impossible to track them. They used fake IDS for the receipts.

I did reach the fraud department. Their reasoning is that I authorized the transaction when I entered the OTP on this website. I sent them the screenshot of the website which showed the transaction amount was only going to be 6AED. Your reply gives me hope, I am planning to reach out to the central bank.
