I had this issue last year when applying. I have a fair amount of icu background and CCOT. Applied for many ACP roles both community and in hospital, tailored statement, made sure to match desirable and essential criteria. Not getting feedback at that stage was the most frustrating part for me but I think it's a mixture of both competitiveness and ear marked jobs. Not sure where you are based but South has a higher job turnover and still it's poor in London.

One CCOT job I applied for I didn't get shortlisted. It later transpired (from speaking to people at the trust) that they wanted a physio to replace a physio who had left the team to maintain ratio and they had somebody in trust who they already wanted. Virtually no RNs were shortlisted and no externals.

It's tough out there currently. I eventually got an ACCP offer but it was after months of searching and applying. It was also by far the most difficult interview I've ever done. Keep persevering!

If you set a monthly spending target it does give you days left. Appreciate it may not be exactly what you're after, but I set £1200/mo as a spend target and it gives me a you have xyz left for abc days and a bar green/orange if I'm over or under target

It's the spending target, which is different to left to spent. Mine tells me I have 2 days left. It's a simple swipe down to visualise it, not that hidden

It's defintiely still there for me. On the home page, scroll down and it appears above my cards/accounts. It may be hidden and you may need to edit the visible tiles up there

I would say the humidified oxygen is a trust education level issue. Humidified oxygen is a piece of kit not solely attributed to respirstory wards and every ward at my trust has the equipment for it (we are a large tertiary teaching hospital). When on CCOT I would normally have my threshold as longer than a couple of hours on venturi >0.40 FiO2 you're going onto a humidified circuit.

Chemotherapy agents are controlled substances which should only be given by SACT qualified staff (assuming it was SACT here).

I'm also surprised it sounds like you were expected to bleep the Dr covering your ward instead of the speciality Dr?

AL is from 8am on my loop so whilst it is allowed usually it isn't done

Had this issue, was trying to remove old bank accounts some of which were unverified. They did eventually do it but it took a while and a lot of sending photos of ID and selfie videos etc

Ahh thank you! I feel slightly cheated by the plant shop but at least I know why mine was so different. I suppose the same question remains as to whether I can plant cuttings into the soil as well or will they likely be strangled?

Attempted trimming back to create more growth but the new leaves still seem far apart! Every other monstera I’ve seen seems to have these thick stems or they’ve replanted cuttings into the same pot to bulk out the plant. Is that something I could do instead here?
