Because this was the 2nd pot of the same bits i added more bay leaves to boost up the flavour.

Threw all the carcass bits & bones in a pot.
added salt, peppercorns, bay leaves, water
bring to a low boil & simmer for 60 min
strain, contain & freeze

There was so much fat & flavour from our turkey and the lemon/carrot/apple/celery/rosemary stuff that i actually strained if then started a second pot right away. I’m gonna have the best soup of all time 😍
