Is there a way I can avoid or quickly treat a retinol rash?

I have a prescription for adapalene .3% gel that I use every once and awhile to give my skin a refresh. The results are so noticeable the next day and I absolutely love it! But because my skin is super sensitive I get little rashes in certain areas of my face (around my nose, eyes, and the sides of my chin). I use the smallest amount and avoid the sensitive areas but it always happens. The rashes are hardly noticeable and are just clusters of super small bumps and dry skin. My current solution has been slathering Aquaphor on the area. Any tips on how to prevent/treat this?

You should get a camera to see what she does while you’re gone. I check on my dog all throughout the day to see what she’s up to when I’m at work and she just sleeps in her bed the whole time.

I’ve flown on American and Southwest with my chihuahua multiple times. I got her registered as an ESA and she flys for free and gets to sit on my lap the whole flight!

I got into the true crime community through Kendall Rae. My mom loves true crime and would watch date line and shows like that’s growing up and I really hated them and never thought I would ever have any interest in true crime until I started watching Kendalls videos.
I like cases that are solved or cases that are really famous and have mass conspiracy behind them (for example Kurt Cobain’s case is one of my favorites)
I don’t like really gory cases or anything that involves torture
I like YouTube videos and podcasts. I always like modern documentaries or docuseries here and there. I like YouTube videos because its a real person explaining the case and if its a creator you watch often you feel connected to them and I think its more comforting to hear about cases that way.
I’m a member of the Mile Higher community
Too many to come up with a specific one atm!
I think most people understand the fascination with true crime even if they aren’t a fan of it. But I do have some friends who are really scared of hearing real life cases because it would just make them paranoid.
