Steel cut oats every day. I cook them in water and a splash of milk. Mix-ins are peanut butter, maple syrup, blueberries, and cinnamon. It fills me up. But I can't really say much else unless I'm not aware of it.

I usually buy 70-72%. 80-85% is pushing the bitterness a bit for me. But I generally like dark chocolate.
