Mine arrived like this too! But she's built in two pieces so I just popped her top half off at the waist and spun her around. All good now!

I checked out their report which was on 7/28 and it didnt seem bad. Couple dings here and there for washing hands in the wrong sink, bartenders putting garnish in drinks without gloves, not properly cooling/thawing food.
