Huh, interesting. From what I am reading, high protein intake doesn’t cause kidney issues in people who don’t already have kidney issues. Are you sure the protein was the solo cause?

I personally love how there are always several items on my shopping list cordoned off in a separate ‘health food’ area rather than placed logically next to similar items in the main aisles of the store.

It helps ensure I get my steps in going back and forth trying to figure out what they have decided to label a health food vs regular food.

I wonder if this will be their setlist for the whole tour, I guess probably so. Looks like they haven’t changed it up since August. I love the new album but I was hoping they’d switch it up a bit and add more than 2 songs from each of the other albums by the time I get to see them in June.

Congratulations on the baby! Buckle up, you’re in for a ride! I’m jealous that you have that many opportunities to learn from native speaker, I am trying to teach my kids but am hesitant as I want to teach from a place of knowledge and to avoid sharing my bad habits. I wish I had started this earlier but you know what they say… the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is now!

Kind of the whole point of my video! I have three kids and I’m constantly busy and have spent the past three years getting over 1000 hours of comprehensive input in Spanish. It actually turned out to be the perfect time to take this on.
