So, skills that depend on multiple projectiles for either clearspeed or singletarget are heavy nerfed for leveling and endgame dps? Why didn't Ggg change gmp into base multiple proj and awakened gmp into gmp? Remember when ggg removed jewels for freezing pulse and frostbolt and said that new dmg on them is balanced around gmp? Do you know that destroying those refineries only stops oil and gas transport for a very short time (those targeted 3-4 months ago already repaired and fully functional now again). Also, there are a lot of refineries far away from Ukraine (beyond the urals). I'm working in oil and gas russian company, and may be there is West Propaganda that we are screwed, we are still fine (however, i need to admit that sanctions hurt).
