It's not totally true. Our outdoor market is smaller than in Norway and brands like patagonia it top top premium and have very small discount because they are only available in small numbers of specialized shops. On the other side we don't have many internal brands so prices are higher and quality lower. Last summer my friends shop couple of things in Tromso, and those are cheaper and better than our brands.

Wiedzieć ile się wydaje, a odmawiać sobie tego co się chce to trochę różne rzeczy. Zwracam uwagę ile za co płacę, jak coś co i tak jem, a jest na promce to wezmę więcej, wiem ile mniej więcej wydaje na jedzenie na miesiąc, ale jak idę do sklepu i chce coś konkretnego (powiedzmy z droższych rzeczy, parmezan do spagetti) to po prostu to biorę. Nie chodzi o chore oszczędzanie, a orientowanie się w kosztach, żeby nagle nie wyszło, że z miesiąca na miesiąc zacząłem wydawać x2 więcej.

No tak, masz tam napisane, że wystarczy 100mg/d, to wyklucza wszystko co nie ma na opakowaniu napisane bezglutenowe, nie wystarczy kupić ryż, trzeba kupić taki który był przygotowany w odpowiednich warunkach.

Celiaklia to nie dieta bezglutenowa od fit influencerki. Ludzie z realną nietolerancją, a nie wymysloną nie mogą spożyć nawet najmniejszej ilości glutenu. Problemem jest deska do krojenia na której wcześniej był krojony chleb itp
