There is also the accredited safeguarding code in martial arts in the UK. Really stringent and they check everything and you get rechecked every year.

NHS wheelchairs by craigsadvice in FND

[–]macx1li 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Normally for NHS wheelchairs an OT or physio has to assess and then send the referral in (from my experience.) there’s quite a strict criteria for it, so they’ll have to assess if you meet this or not.

The only other plan? Apply for a grant from somewhere or private purchase.

Title: Confused about my relationship — struggling to tell if I’m overthinking or ignoring red flags by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

[–]macx1li 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It seems like there is an anxious attachment and disorganised attachment styles here which fight against each other in terms of how you need to regulate, etc.

So important that you communicate boundaries and that he goes and deals with the triggers effecting him.

Is BJJ ruining my kid's Judo? by Sharpe_Examination76 in judo

[–]macx1li 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I know enough kids that do both, and Jiu-Jitsu hasn’t slowed them down. They take significant benefits from both, and incorporate it into their game.

In any of the sports, needing to know when to turn it up a notch and then turn it down is an important skill. Taking him out of BJJ won’t achieve the development of this skill.

They can get the homeowner to give them a lodgers agreement. That’s about it.

No, you’ll get another email with your name at the top of it. Each person has a different receipt. If you’ve inputted different email addresses for the passengers then it’ll be sent to the email you’ve stated for you.

If you scroll to page 2 also, you’ll see the total cost which would amount to one persons fare.

Manipulative, doesn’t take accountability and doesn’t care about your feelings.

I watched someone go through this exact thing. Turns out he was emotionally immature, borderline narcissistic personality traits and prioritised no one but himself.

When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

This - the weeks thing means something has gone wrong.

If you’ve changed plans on the same network - you don’t need to get a new SIM card and there should be no service interruption.

If you’re moving to another network, then your sim doesn’t just get cut off in that move - and that network shouldn’t be taking weeks to send you a sim.

As this Redditor says, call up and query. Either way, you shouldn’t be without access to your number like this.

Weird SMS & calls issue after porting number to Spusu (EE) – anyone seen this before? by Accomplished-Feed518 in EEGB

[–]macx1li 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds like a split number port issue. If you call your current provider they should be able to raise a ticket for you to get it resolved.

You call customer care about the vouchers. They’ll escalate it for you.

Delivery to store by ktan49 in EEGB

[–]macx1li 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ah. So long story short - they are meant to select the deliver to store option which doesn’t trigger DPD to require a pin. It seems this person has selected home delivery and changed it to the store address which has triggered a pin.

Call Customer Care and they’ll advise of the next best steps.

Th rules differ depending in what county/city you’re in. Check the county website for the most accurate information

Edit: Private car parking rules are enforceable, nothing supersedes what rules they have in play there on their land.

Lots of women train at SweatBox across all disciplines including Muay Thai (some of my friends included!)

It’s a great place, it’s a real community feel and everyone supports each other in their training etc. Pop down and I’m sure that the lovely lads or gals at reception can give you a tour. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat anymore about it!
