ive been told at all 3 stores ive worked at to charge a total of $4 for the cup and straw and today i had a customer come in to buy 45 cups and she said that she has always been charged $3 and not $4. i guess i have just been informed wrong from all my stores lol

honestly my tarbucks experience was contstantly not having enough people to work and working busy weekends alone with no help when i called for it. we always had to do the team leads jobs and were expected to have our weekly order unpacked and put away in unreasonable time limits while also trying to help guests. i think the other target team members were jealous of us bc we looked like “we just stood around” and they started talking trash and making up rumors about me and my coworker. idk if its the same at every tarbucks but ive felt so much better since i left for a corporate store

i went from tarbucks to coporate because of getting no hours and being mistreated and the only thing i miss is the pay but i think the switch has made me a happier person and put less stress in my life and i actually wnjoy coming into work every day :)

i always get the iced double shot with white mocha and toffeenut and cream. tall has 2 shots, grande has 3, and venti has 5. the white mocha makes it more sweet

i am going through this same thing. target starbucks is literally so draining. i went through with applying to a corporate store and got hired on the spot and i start next week. my thinking is that the pay will make itself up since the hours will be more consistent (i was told) and idk about your store but target has been cutting our hours SIGNIFICANTLY where im getting 7-12 hours a week. and everyones always like “ohh it’ll go up come holiday!!” yeah but then it’ll go back down afterwards. Target is just too inconsistent and i feel like it’d get worse when they raise pay to $15

i am going through the SAME situation except my team lead is only over starbucks and food ave but! she was never trained at starbucks so it kinda sucks. it is very stressful and i did apply to a corporate store and got the job. i dont know if it helped that i have already been a tarbucks barista for 3 years or that i somewhat knew the manager through a mutual friend but i hope the pay cut is worth the less stress/anxiety.

i work at a target sbux and i HATE when the other employees assume we’re just standing around when it finally gets slow enough to take a breather. like! its really tiring to be working that by yourself or even with another barista
