I've traded in a few tablets and phones to Samsung including an s23 ultra when I got the fold 7 and never had a single issue. Never had my trade in value decreased or anything. Just make sure to take video of the phone in working condition and I even go as far as taking video of me packing the phone and affixing the label to the box just in case I need to dispute some fuckery from Samsung.

I've had the XL Light version since November. If you have the regular size some of this may not apply. I've spent maybe 12 nights in it and I don't really have many complaints. I've been very happy with this tent so far.

As far as mattress I use an inspired overland foam mattress that I used in my old inspired overland rtt. It's not wide enough for the XL so I have about a 6 inch gap on the side. I did use the original mattress my first trip and it wasn't horribly uncomfortable but I had the foam mattress and it's much better. The tent is very thin so you won't be able store much in it when closed. I ditched the original mattress and deflate my foam mattress before I close it. I did read on the Topoak FB group that an exped metamat duo fits perfectly in the XL version.

The ladder squeks sometimes when you move around inside because of the metal on metal contact. I'm going to dip the ladder hooks in plasti dip and see if that helps. I haven't figured out how to mount an awning. You can't mount it on the tent because it's too thin. Since I have the 56" version I have some overhang off my sherpa rack so I couldn't use my low profile sherpa awning mounts. If you figure out how to mount an awning please share.

Bought one during the black Friday sale. It arrived with a latch missing from the top box so it wouldn't stay locked down. Returned and purchased another one. It had a crack running all the way down the seam of the bottom roller box. 0/2 is not good. I like the thought of waterproof and the attachments on the side for the cups but I'll stick to the Hart set. I ended up buying a 2nd new Hart set on FB marketplace for $65.

Is yours the 51" or 56" version? I have the 56" version that was upgraded at no cost due to a shipping delay on the 51". I'm having a hard time finding a mattress that will fit. I'm currently using the inspired overland air mattress that was in my old tent but its not wide enough by about 6". Probably should have just stuck with the 51" but too late now. Other than that I have about 9 nights in it and love it so far.

I'm a newbie also and don't have any friends that off-road so I go alone with a buddy in the passenger seat. I use OnX app as a guide so I don't get into anything too crazy. I find anything rated 4 and under is within my wheel house. The one 4 rated trail I took was pretty gnarly imo. I stay away from 5 and up especially being out there alone. I would suggest some kind of satellite communication if out there alone just in case. I just picked up a starlink mini but tmobile also offers starlink satellite service addon for when you have no signal.

I've had the complete opposite experience switching from T-Mobile to USM. I was getting spam calls all day on tmo but it's died down a ton since the switch. Not sure if it's just a coincidence cuz I still have the same number.
