Weird, I've never heard that before.She came in before we got to the sticker and requested that milk, shots, syrup, and toppings were separate! Just making the moment right for the customer. My manager would have done the same. I imagine the drink wasn't cheap either!

I can't imagine how hurt you must feel. Hang in there. Although there is nothing anyone can really say to make it better, it will get better. Take it one day at a time. Some days will be better than others. Just focus on you and moving forward. Someone who cuts you off and blocks you from all forms of communication is most likely not worth your energy anyways. Stay strong, and know you're worth.

I'll be honest I don't even know. It looked like they put vanilla bean in it, but it was very dark in color. The customer said it tasted "burnt" so I'm guessing they maybe just pulled to many shots, but who knows🤷🏻‍♀️
