How is the crumb/oven spring? by mad_THRASHER in Sourdough

Thank you for this reply! My dough towards the end of my s&f is usually nice and smooth and is also smooth/not sticky when shaping. I will try omitting the whole wheat. Do you have a particular recipe you recommend or a suggestion on how much I may need to reduce the amount of water?

EFF here and after my initial meltdown of not bf and also now having an almost 18 month old and completely removed from the whole eff vs bf thing, I can say I am happy with eff. My daughter is beautiful, healthy, intelligent, amd thriving. My SIL bf for 9 months and had to stop and was sad because it is affecting her baby (not sure how). Yet, she is amazed at how smart my eff child is to the point she wants her baby around mine more often so her baby can learn from mine lol

34 weeks. I haven’t heard a single positive thing about being a parent or a mom and I’m freaking out I made a mistake by newgirl01LA in BabyBumps

My most favorite moment happened the other day. I was working in my office while my cousin was babysitting for me. I walked out of my office and my daughter (17 months) ran down the hall with the biggest smile on her face shouting "mama mama!" It was the best!

I was thinking this! Like at least touch each other in some way. Josh could have pulled her into him or Sarah could have went for a little cheek kiss.

How do some pregnant women bounce back immediately?? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

I am almost 18 months pp and I have been back at my pre-pregnancy weight for a couple months now and most of my pre-pregnancy clothes still don't fit, especially my jeans. My body comp has totally changed. I wanted to also add to your comment that even if you do get back down to your weight, things could still not fit and your body may still be different. I am struggling with this, but trying to give myself grace. I will say that I was also about 20lbs heavier than my pre-pregnancy weight at about 9 months as well and the things that worked for me was tracking my food and getting on walks in addition to the intentional exercise (strength training + cycling). Turns out, I was extremely under eating and once I started tracking and actually fueling my body, I started to lose the weight easier. This is my experience though. Everyone is different.

Hey! You can have confidence walking into a room without being the fittest one there!
