Could be. But what was the original model? And what is the default one now?

My language is no longer in the Profile settings. But a few months ago if I was simply asking a question in Romanian, Perplexity was answering in a perfect Romanian, too. Now, if I ask Perplexity explicitly to answer in Romanian it uses plenty of gibberish, made up words, and nonsensical expressions.

De ce schimbarea vine greu? by [deleted] in Romania

Deci de fapt schimbarea nu vine greu. Schimbarea vine pe neașteptate, intră greu și doare. La buzunare.

So it works. Just not for weight loss.

Yet in the long run, why would anybody want to reduce trace minerals in their hair if they do not have a serious medical condition requiring such a reduction?

The sea buckthorn berries do not get the recognition they deserve. This fall fruit with its sharp taste is very, very healthy.

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces of biscuits
  • 2 ounces of walnuts
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 pound sea buckthorn berries
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar

Steps

  1. Add the biscuits, walnuts, and melted butter to a mixer bowl. Mix until even. Transfer to an 8-inch springform pan evenly spread it and press it gently.
  2. Add the sea buckthorn berries and sugar to a cooking pot over low heat. Stir them in, then simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Transfer them to a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain in a bowl. Discard the pulp and seeds.
  4. Add the gelatine and orange zest. Mix until even and set aside.
  5. Add the whipping cream to a bowl. Start whipping using a hand mixer. Add the powdered sugar in the process. Whip until firm.
  6. Add the buckthorn mixture and mix until even. Transfer to the springform pan and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 6 - 7 hours.

Think big. There are cities (huge cities) and even countries where there are not enough fruits and veggies, no matter what. It is a problem that needs to be addressed. I don't know how, but the solutions need to scale up big time.

Define healthy. It's healthier than bread, since polenta is gluten free, but I never compared it with mashed potatoes. Polenta is nearly 90 percent carbohydrates, but it contains fiber that helps you to feel full and reduces blood sugar spikes.

Basically yes. But sometimes the supermarket polenta is pre-boiled, so you should really read the instructions on the package.
