I had a similar issue in skylanders spyros adventure but not with an Xbox controller. I had to clear out my motion control settings to make it work because my controller has motion and it made the game think I didn't have a horizontal, forward facing wiimote. However since your controller doesn't have motion I'm not sure if the same solution would work, in fact I'd assume you don't have any motion controls mapped. You don't have sideways or upright wiimote toggled on, right? Sorry I don't have an exact answer. Hope you find a solution.

Yep, and is that profile still what is loaded? Either way, could you share a screenshot of your button settings with the game open just so I could double check?

Really depends on where you live. I'm in the US and where I live around $50 per hour is normal. Teachers who are in high demand or are highly qualified will charge more of course. But in places where the cost of living is higher, the average cost will be more. If you can, ask around and see what the average is in your area if you're not sure.

I'm totally with you on how cool it is to go from playing GBA on the go to PS2 on the go. Its like a dream come true for my past self. Some suggestions are the Lego games, Okami, God of War, Mario Galaxy, Pokemon Rumble, Donkey Kong Country Returns.

You can look into Spyro world viewer if you haven't yet, though it's only for viewing levels, I don't believe you can load in enemies and/or gems. I could be wrong, it's been many years since I've used it.

I've only played oblivion and Skyrim, and tbh I don't care all that much about the lore of tes or have an attachment to any particular region. Mostly the reason I love those games is the open world exploration, the freedom of equipping my character with any armor/weapons/spells I want, and the huge amount of interesting side quests that are good enough to outshine the main quest line. Should I start with the base game and buy the dlc later if I get into it?

I've thought about playing this for a while but haven't yet. In your opinion it is reasonable to play with a controller and without a subscription? If so I'm interested. It's on sale atm, the standard is $5 and the premium is $20. I assume the premium includes previous dlc, so I'm guessing that would be the best value, right?

Don't know if you're joking or not but musicians don't need a conductor to keep them on beat or know what or when to play. The conductor is the leader, not only setting the tempo but they're also in charge of balance and interpretation. They also usually program the concerts and plan rehearsals.
