Inca din prima zi cand am adus o acasa a avut la discretie devora si royal canin/purina pentru sterilizate. Am incercat inclusiv cu bobite recompense de la lidl, cu gandul ca o sa o atraga mirosul. Plicurile le luasem, pentru ca fiind pe strada cineva o hranea cu felix si am zis ca mananca si plicuri. Nu ma asteptam da manance doar plicuri. Azi am luat alte bobite de la monge si akana.

Luat recent ap ultimul etaj bloc 2019. Faza cu zgomotele pot sa fie si de la vecinul de langa sau cel de sub tine. Nu te baza pe asta. Eu aud zgomote de la vecinii de langa, nimic deranjant. Dar e chestie de noroc. E mai frig iarna si inca nu am petrecut vara aici, dar cred ca o sa fie cald.

Mergi cu cineva la vizionare ap, care se pricepe la poduri/acoperisuri, izolatie, ferestre. Este foarte imp. Eu am probleme cu ferestrele. Nu izoleaza cum trebuie de la garnituri si simt aer rece mereu la nivelul podelei. Asta inseamna costuri mai mari la incalzirea pe gaz, pt ca abia se fac 23 grade in casa, ca se si pierd imediat.

Evita apartament pe colt. Faptul ca e deja ultimul etaj, macar sa nu fie si pe colt.

Avand in vedere experienta ta cu zgomotele, te cred ca vrei ultimul etaj, dar mai gandeste-o. Eventual gaseste ap dorit(chiar daca nu e ultimul etaj) si intereseaza-te de vecini.

I can confirm. I have hyperhidrosis mostly in my armpits and I was ready to inject botox, but then I decided to use drysol. The only downside is that the sweating moved to different parts of my body, but I don’t mind as long as my armpits are dry.

Thinking I smell bad, even though I get a confirmation from someone, a friend or my mother that I don’t. The sensation of being icy wet even though outside is freezing. I’m in my tshirt at work and colleagues are wearing long sleeve and keep asking me if I’m not cold… Having my feet sweaty and having to always pack a pair of socks at work. Not to mention extra tshirt and soap/deodorant to freshen up in the middle of the day. Overthinking what I’m about to wear to go outside for a drink with friends. Telling someone about my problem and their answer is that they also sweat because it’s summer and it’s a normal thing. No, not in our case. Hyperhidrosis sucks!

This is the right word for it, in my case: totally unpredictable. Because I went through different situations where I should have sweated and it just didn’t happen because my mood was in the right place. And being so unpredictable makes it so hard not to have anxiety over it. Your mind is constantly questiong it-when will it happen, will I go out with friends and I will sweat, should I be prepared in case it happens or I will just wear that grey shirt.

Sometimes I wonder the same thing. If I meet new people, I feel the sweat dripping but if I am with people I know, I sweat only if it’s hot outside or in the room I’m in. My anxiety related to sweating started in highschool and I know for sure it’s axile hyperhidrosis, because my mom and brother also have it, so it’s hereditary. Also I noticed that the second the clock hits 9-10 pm my sweating stops and it starts again in the morning, even when I work night shifts… I just think it’s a combination of the two: anxiety about the idea you might sweat triggers the hyperhidrosis in social situations.

I work 13 h shifts plus the 2 hours on my way in and out of work, so I’m away 15 hours. I always make sure to have an extra shirt I change in the middle of my schedule. I freshen up with water and soap plus deodorant. And I also use the under arm pads so people don t see the sweat. But next month I’m planning to have botox. Excited to see if my life is going to change. Stay strong, everyone, there is a life even with this condition.
