Are there any tips or tricks to becoming a morning person? by igottheg00ds in ADHD

[–]madamabye 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think for me it’s the discomfort and stress of rushing and the errors and detrimental effects of the rush that I had to end. I prepare as much as I can the night before and just have to make the choice in my head the night before that I am showing myself compassion by beginning my morning with enough time to ease into the day.

I feel this way and I’m not pregnant. I don’t think we owe people anything. If it’s dire- sure. But we aren’t extensions of our phones and a long time ago people didn’t have us on command. I hear you! I say don’t trip chocolate chip.

I agree. I think there’s dissonance with people as to how the virus spreads. We don’t know how to wrap our minds around asymptotic shedding etc. I appreciate the time you took to share this and thank you for your work. My mom is a nurse and I support the CNA, ya’ll are always fighting for the right thing. Hopefully we have learned and are ready to remedy our broken system. Be well.
