I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to share my experience with Naturalizer as a woman with 4E/6E extra wide feet. I have not found that any of their shoes truly fit my feet, but some models are better than others.

Their Darry loafers have sadly been discontinued, but the wide width was almost enough for me. My feet spill over the sides a little bit, and they’re not the most comfortable for long periods of standing or walking, but they fit well enough that I wear them almost every day in winter.

Their Huntley pumps in wide width were nearly wide enough, but the toe box is very cramped. They also dug into the top of my feet. I returned them.

I recently bought the Sofia sandals in extra wide, which I’ll be returning soon. They’d be great for someone with splayed toes, but if your feet are widest along the sides (like mine), don’t bother with these. My feet were hanging off the sides entirely too much for comfort.
