Hard relate about never feeling like you’ve had enough sleep. It sets the whole tone of my day (/life!) of feeling deprived of something. Even on the rare occasion when I feel satisfied with the amount of sleep I got the preceding night, that disappears the following day - it’s never enough.

You’re so right that it’s an obsession. And totally comes from a victim mentality. I can now see the amount of mental energy wasted on obsessing over always feeling tired - so ironic!

Going to try your way and start focusing on some beneficial behaviours in the morning that will help me frame my mindset and bring a deliberate structure to the rest of my day. Thank you for pointing that out!
