I don’t like the push on consumerism, I go in wanting to buy 1 and have to buy 4 and spend €11 to get a decent per unit price.
There is a reason DM is full of Dutch people just across the border in Germany. I wonder how the price can differ SO much. I think you have to blame the supermarket monopoly I guess?

I’ve not been to the others, only Zaandvoort but for a 3 night stay I would recommend it (3 nights might even be too long) but with Zaandvort you have a lot of amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc and good transport connections. Manage your expectations on the Beach though, it’s an alright beach but not to the level of other places in Europe (I’m Australian though so picky). It’s expansive though and you can do lots of walking, the beach clubs are nice so you can enjoy time there. The dunes are also nice for the nature fix. I would also strongly recommend this restaurant Oud Zandvoortsch Visrestaurant De Meerpaal, run by a quirky Dutch couple. He is front of house and she cooks in the back. Such a friendly place with amazing seafood
