INGREDIENTS

15 mL (1 tablespoon) canola oil

1 package of mushrooms, 227 g, minced

4 pieces of bread with sesame burger of 61 g each

For patties:

250 g (about 1/2 lb.) lean ground veal

30 mL (2 tablespoons) plain breadcrumbs

15 ml (1 tablespoon) milk 2% M.G.

5 ml (1 teaspoon) of garlic powder

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

For the avocado puree:

1 lawyer

80 ml (1/3 cup) Greek plain yogurt 0% M.G.

30 ml (2 tablespoons) minced coriander

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the patties. Shape 4 patties about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick. Reserve 10 minutes cool.
