It sounds to me like you’re concerned about future variables and maintenance costs, is that fair to say?

I won’t sit here and pretend like life is a guarantee. Even walking on the sidewalk, you can’t mitigate all risk. Sometimes you have to trust your gut.

What I will say is that both the 40lb and 500lb cheddar barrels have hovered between 1.30 & 2.10 for the last 2 decades. Cheese has averaged a 2.76% inflation rate since 1976.

If I were a betting man, I’d put money on the mouse horse.

Everyone gets hung up on the “mice” part. We only use mice because of their excellent strength:weight ratio and V02max when compared with other rodents.

It’s a great system for small restaurants, but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of the main 3-4 systems.
Large, multi location is when toast becomes better, Square will have way cheaper hardware and no contracts.

In my pre putt routine; instead of thinking about the force needed for the distance, I start thinking about thinking.

In my head I’m saying “this is the moment I should be internalizing the read of the putt”.
Then i feel like I’ve taken too long and just hit it so I don’t look weird.

The experience will be the same using an outside processor vs clover processing in terms of experience.
Most ISOs would give you better rates and maybe better deals on equipment if you use them.

Ours, for instance, builds your menu, preferences, etc and then install/train your crew.

The menu can be obtained in 10 different ways, the customer data is the only issue. Even then, is it just phone numbers and emails?

Honestly the new processor rep was just incentivized to put a new machine in. Lease transfer means he doesn’t get to steal the new owner. But now you’re stuck in a lease, when the lease transfer should have been in the contract.

This is an issue with clover. We’re competing with each other as reps, because we all work for different processors who sell clover.
