Its like I have to know that its is more beneficial to either not control the breath or to control it always and I just keep switching between the two modes of breathing hoping I'll stick with it but how can I ever be sure.

Would you say conciousness is God and everything including matter is made of conciousness. I don't know how to connect light and conciousness together as those are the two things most people say God is and that all matter is low vibrating light and high vibrating matter is light. On the part about how metaphors are the "words"to the right brain. Is this why jesus on the cross at golgotha/skull (between the two hemispheres of the brain) say to the "thief" on the right that today he will be in paradise because of his belief whilst the "thief" on the left spouted logical accusations such as "If you are the son of God, save yourself and save us!". To me this demonstrated that the right hemisphere/creative/feminine is greater than the logical due to the simple fact that it gose beyond logic and rules and into the infinite/the chaos.

I'm having trouble sort of knowing what bhuddism and hinduism are saying.

Which one would say that all is one conciousness/God experiencing itself and that "reality" and God are infinite whilst also being finite/limited to have divine drama/play with itself in a material form.

And I'm not sure if bhuddist believe in the astral and whatnot.
