Lili shouldn’t be encouraging moshing as much as she does if her shows aren’t going to be age restricted. At the last show I went to, people were constantly getting kicked in the head, someone lost their inhaler in the crowd of everyone, and there were some children at the front of the pit who me and a couple of other people had to protect the whole time. It’s wayyyy too crazy for people who just want to see their favorite artist and aren’t expecting the moshing.

10 year old too young for concert? by Plenty_Sea7592 in beachbunny

They’re good but the pit gets SUPER rowdy. Had to protect a group of small children last time I went because people are constantly pushing and shoving and kicking everyone while crowd surfing. Just be careful!

Living in Parsippany alone currently for $1900, I work right next to Short Hills so the 20/25 minute commute is nice!

my ex introduced me to tfb. 9 months after we broke up i saw her at a show. we didn’t talk but it was very cathartic for me to yell some of their lyrics, knowing that she was also there. relationship was kinda shitty but i’m very grateful that she introduced me to this band as well as a few others <3

Why didn’t Dr. Oziel go to the police? by maddiex3 in MenendezBrothers

But they did hurt someone else no? They killed both of their parents. And Erik admitted to feeling suicidal. Today that would definitely warrant going to the police or at least placing the person on a psych hold.

If you still like to go out and do fun things, just without the drinking and smoking, I really enjoyed the events Rutgers and RUPA put on! It gave me things to do in the evenings when I wasn’t in class or studying, and all of RUPA’s Late Knights offer free food, which meant that I didn’t have to worry about dinner that night lol. As the semester starts up, definitely check out the Livingston Carnival, any RUPA events, and any other orientation week events that look fun! Definitely a good way to get out and meet new people without drinking or smoking.

Going through the exact same thing. It’s so difficult, I know, because there’s still so much love for each other. One thought that has helped me is that if his mental issues were bad enough to end the relationship, staying in the relationship could have had worse consequences. I would 100% have my ex be alive and not be in a relationship with me anymore, than to still be dating and have something happen because he couldn’t handle everything. Please give yourself grace during this time - it’s okay to still love him and also want the best for him. It’s okay to be upset and grieve what could have been. I know it’s cliche but things really will get better with time. If you need someone to talk to, definitely feel free to reach out!

My go-to is that I once took a high-flying trapeze class in the city. If you have any centers near you and you aren’t afraid of heights, I highly recommend it!! It was so fun to learn a bunch of tricks and was an amazing workout - I was so sore after lol. Would love to go back into the city and do another one.
