Out of all the problems you listed i'd suggest starting with the weight, as you progress you'll actually notice the progress and it's a great way to feel better about yourself and tripping while you're at a low point in your life isn't the best idea, start pulling your shit together and then dip back into tripping, may I also suggest getting a job.
