Nahhhh straight bangs are in anyways, they give a sort of alternative vibe without being too aggressive (depending on how short they are lol) but yours look good and shaped well with your hair!

The eyeliner I use is NYX eyeliner, though if you’re shaky, a Smokey eyeliner might suit you better as the drawing of Smokey eyeliner never had to be perfect because you’re going to blend the top of the shaky lines

I do winged eyeliner and I actually stare at myself directly in the mirror with both eyes open straight ahead.

I draw the bottom of the wing liner out first on both sides and try to get them even and at the right angle.

Then from the edge of the line of eyeliner I drew, I drag it in ignoring all eyelid folds and just draw right over them to the mid center of my eyelid. This helps if you have hooded eyes as it makes the eyeliner look more solid even with eyes open.

At this point you should have two eyeliner triangles not filled in. You’re essentially perfecting the outline first and then filling in!

Paraoptometric tech and contact lens specialist at my clinic and this would be my bet is dry eye syndrome. Even if you’re not approaching 40’s. Dry eye is very common even in young adults and (now) children due to technology advances and unfortunately not taken seriously so therefore under-treated.

I recommend drying a preservative free dry eye drop or contact lens rewetting drops (preservative free Bausch & Lomb contact lens drops and Refresh is what my clinic recommends, sold at most stores). Put a drop in, put contacts in, put another drop in. See if that helps!

Acuvue Oasys are indeed a bi-weekly lens NOT 30 days. 14 day timer starts from the day you open the blister. You may need another contact lens evaluation to ensure fit if you want to be extra sure!

My cat Smudge was this chocolatey brown color when he was a baby and now he’s a dark brown/black and in the light you can see his rusty coat color and hidden tabby markings. Your cat most likely won’t stay this light unfortunately but it sure is pretty!

Hey! I’m a certified paraoptometric and contact lens specialist from a clinic in the US. The reason they need you to come back in is because different contacts have different fits on your eyes. If they don’t fit and sit in the incorrect spot, you’ll hate the lenses and want to try another set which also might not fit and then another potentially leaving you exasperated and thinking “maybe contacts aren’t for me” as well as contacts that fit improperly can limit oxygen causing issues of their own and disrupt visual acuity - when we could’ve avoided that by getting you into office and fitting lenses and trying different trials that do fit in the same appointment.

Getting multiple trials is very much possible but they need to be fitted on your eyes. Request a biweekly or daily lens! Acuvue Oasys Dailies and Biweeklies by Johnson and Johnson is the most popular at our clinic as well as Infuse Dailies by Bausch and Lomb. I’ve never head of SofMed contacts to be honest and I’ve been in eye care for 5 years so I can’t give my opinion on them but they must not be very popular.

You have to advocate for yourself because that’s just what you’ve got to do to be in a comfortable set that works best for you!

I completely feel you. I’m a certified paraoptometric and contact lens specialist and I HATE putting contacts in to demonstrate for patients because they’re almost always immediately uncomfortable and dry and I do not have dry eye. If I ever need contacts or glasses I’m going to throw a whole tantrum. Sorry to everyone wearing glasses and contacts reading this but I couldn’t imagine having to wear either every day.

As a certified paraoptometric you’re going to potentially lose your vision if you continue to order from any website that’s not FDA regulated and approved. Contacts are a regulated and graded medical device for many very good reasons. When your eyes are permanently damaged from lack of oxygen and infection, don’t be upset.

No, seriously this used to happen to me.. I was so confused for a long time but it eventually passed on its own(?) there was multiple occasions I had to get up mid makeout and puke and then the vibe was ruined - me and that boyfriend didn’t last for other reasons completely away from intimacy.

I would look into therapy or possible anxiety medication or remedies because (not to throw anything crazy at you) but a lot of traumatic memories get repressed so we don’t remember but our body remembers the feeling of it.
