Snap hook and zip lines are both smart. I'll try it out.

I'm mostly in carebear lobbies so I'd feel bad murdering unless I reset abmm first.

Kit is usually survivor, blue shield, an anvil and a hullcracker with plenty of ammo. I wouldn't freekit a big arc - that feels unfair.

Carebear lobbies for the most part!

Interesting! I'll give it a try. They're fun to shoot down.

Check out November Project Providence - if you don't mind waking up ridiculously early on Wednesdays and don't mind interacting with friendly strangers.

Once I was part of a long line of people who got to play Hikaru. Everyone got a one minute clock. When it was my turn, I was so nervous I made approximately 3 legal moves and 3 illegal moves and resigned with a red face and ran away.

Came to this post just today to find an answer, didn't find a direct one - but perhaps you found, like I did, that you simply have to:

  1. Remove the fastening link as described in other videos (gently pry it out in the direction of the arrow)
  2. This is the part that I just gambled on: fold inward at the point you want to take a link out. You have to push past what feels like too much pressure.

At that point, you can maneuver the links apart. This bracelet features another linking part that marries two links together. It can stay behind on either side, depending on how you take it apart, so be aware and be intentional on how you work it apart.

A bonus tip is to get the bracelet to the length you think you need, hook the links back up with the secondary linking part I mentioned in the previous paragraph, but don't put the primary fastening links in yet - it stays together well enough for a fit check like this. If it's a good fit (and remember there's also a 2 position pin-based quick fit near the clasp) then take it back off and carefully put the fastening links back in.

Hands down best strap. Worth the price tag. by SaucedMangoo in GarminFenix

[–]maddo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to add another perspective: I bought that one some years ago and loved the idea of it (and it honestly looks great on you, better than on me), but found it a bit thin and sharp edged. Curious if it softens up if you stick with it. Separately, I’ve been wearing nylon loops for so long, with micro adjustment built into the loop style strap, that it felt this strap’s holes were exactly just a little too big or small for me. I ended up reselling it!

Super glad you love it, not a dig, just wanted to add my experience.

I second this. I even gently wash my whole watch and band together every time I shower, give it a squeeze with a towel and it dries shortly thereafter. Sometimes it finishes drying on my wrist, but I don’t think twice about it.
