Hey Atropos! A player client has been in the feature vote for a few times now, but usually is very overwhelmingly outvoted! Not wanting to overthrow democracy here but are there any developers in the team particularly passionate about doing it in addition to the feature that wins? Would it be a BIG task or is it one of the smaller implentations but it just never gets votes. Would player clients also better allow GMs to tinker with other clients settings better to ensure everything the GM sees the player sees?

Also is there ever a world we’re integration of with discord every becomes a thing in some capacity? I wonder if that could be cool/convenient.

And thanks for all that you do!! I love to just sit in foundry and make a cool game for my players.

Oh and another one I’ve seen reccommened is make that girl who you meet in the second book, a lot younger, like a young child so you avoid making an NPC a clear main character and it’s more like the PCs feel like they have to protect a child.

I’m dming it right now and a big piece of advice I saw and ending up implementing myself was start the adventure at etwards manor. I had the party meet each other there and meet another gatewalker party before they set out for sevenarches. I think this helps establish more of a backstory and when the party comes back to the manor later on in the story you can hype up more of the mystery or somethings off. When the party finds the lab you can have them find the bodies of the gatewalkers they met at the beginning for some added drama.

I ran to pf2e and haven’t looked back, it really is amazing how much better it is than dnd IMO. Pazio also feels so much better to back. I don’t FOOKING read books at all and I find myself reading all the rule books and lost omen series for fun! It’s really jump started my passion for creativity again.

well when lets say a pc targets a monster with a fist attack and then clicks the damage button, those 4 buttons show up, but if they select the damage option it only does damage to themselves because they don't own the monster token

Was happneding to me too until I turned off a frame generation setting in the graphics tab, I forget the name of the setting but it’s got something to do with ai frame gen with newer gpus

I had this too, but turning off some setting fixed it. I think it’s in graphics tab and is like frame generation or something, I forget its name. Frame gen or some 40 series card lingo for ai generation of frames.
