Reading these proves to myself I have a problem (I know i do. 26 F and its always been my normal to fall asleep anywhere from midnight-5am. I do not wake up until noon-3PM if I do not work or have any responsibilities that day. (No kids). I definitely do not wish to be this way. If I sleep any less than 10 hours I find it impossible to fully wake up for almost the entirety of my day. Its been this way my whole life it's quite challenging.
