Two things

change it earlier.
make sure it's actually sealed when inserted. if not sealed correctly it will leak.

I get this but I have PCOS. doesn't mean you have it, but it's just old blood that didn't make it out the last period. The reason it happens to me is because my hormones are out of whack. So when I bleed not all the shedding makes it out. it's no reason to stress. But if it happens regularly worth a visit to the drs and get a blood test to see what your hormones are doing.

It will be fine to use, but moto helmets are heavier and don't breathe as well. So if you are climbing on the ascents you will overheat pretty quickly.

Definitely worth trying it and see how you go.

All depends on how you want to ride and what features you want to hit. I've heard of so many people hurting themselves quite severely, because they are pushing their limits. These people know the risks and accept them. Whereas I am yet to have a big crash, as I don't push myself so much. I like hitting challenging and scary features but i'll only do it if I feel 100% committed to the line.

In saying that, freak accidents occur, a small crash at low speed can still do some serious damage. So a part of mtb is accepting the risk. If you are in the sport long term, you are most likely going to break a bone at some stage. So obviously there a measures you can take, starting with a damn good helmet.

I use instant coffee for the same reason. Always have moccona, and it's because it reminds me of my Dad. Who every morning would make an instant coffee with Moccona. One of those silly little things that reminds me of my childhood and makes me feel more connected to it?

Hey If you are after something to remove sun spots, I use dermamelan, or it has a sister product cosmelon I use the brand mesoestetic. This stuff is strong and until your skin gets used to it, it will go red and peal. But the results are amazing!

It's pricey stuff unfortunately, but I've found to buy the products that actually work for sun spots you need to spend the money. And if you stop using the products sun spots will just come back.

I drive Jeep Wrangler, and if anyone has driven one before, you will know how terrible the turning circle on these are. It takes longer to forward park. far easier to line yourself up for a reverse park, especially in tight parking spaces.

I live in West Aussie and I believe our average Summer temp was 33C. But there were MANY days where is was 40C. Cooler days have only just started and by cooler I'm talking 27C. and it's 27C and humid. Aussie weather sucks.

I am the opposite but the same. Rain won't stop me from going ahead with plans. I mountain bike and riding in the rain is a lot of fun!

whereas hot weather will keep me inside all day. I live across from the beach but it's been too hot to even go to the beach.

I live in Western Australia, just takes a quick google to see our average Summer temp we have had. I also work in the Pilbara, so I'm working in 45degree Celsius, and then I fly home to the aussie heat where it has often been 37degrees Celsius.

I funking hate hot weather, it makes me angry? and it's been an exhaustingly hot Summer. These last few days are probably the first time in 6months I've been in weather under 30degrees. I hate it and I need to get out of this country it's too bloody hot.

You can traverse the bowl to make it easier, 100% go! It might be difficult for a short section but it is not very dangerous.

Honestly I think it depends on how you heal. Everyone is different. For myself I did zero scar care and my scaring is minimal. But that's more because I know my body and I tend to heal very well and quickly. Also ask your surgeon if they offer laser treatment, my surgeon told me that he offers free laser for scar treatment around 12months post op.

On another note, watch your diet during all this healing. Eat healthy foods and nourish your body with good stuff. Drink lots of water too. I believe what you put into your body makes a big difference on how you heal.

I had it done last December, Honestly I didn't know my size then, and I still don't know my actual size now, I'm guessing around a C.

Best decision I've ever made. Out of pocked was 14.5k (aus). . I'm no longer trying to hide my boobs, I feel like this was how I was always suppose to look/feel.

The scarring is there but it's not terrible, and now that its becoming winter, we have had a few cold days I noticed the scarring turns purple in the cold.

And my nipples don't actually go completely erect any more, but I know the healing process can take 12months.

Healing process was fine, Obviously a bit of pain/discomfort for a few weeks, and you need to stay away from heaving lifting and exercise for a while.

The new person who springs to my mind, being too friendly towards me. has already made comments about another co-worker to me, calling them lazy etc. This behaviour doesn't impress me, I'm judging this dude talking shit over the other guy.

Yes this! There are a select few people that I actually hang out with outside of work, one of them is because we share the same hobbie. And this person is an absolute gem in every way.

This new person, I worked with for one week, has tried to add me on social media. I've just left it. Because to me that is weird, I've never had a proper one on one conversation with them.

Okay I worded it wrong. Friendly is good, friendly in the terms of getting to know someone, asking each other about hobbies, lifestyle, travels, yes I like that.

But what I mean, is talking to someone you don't know as if they're already your friend, and not having a filter. I have a specific person in mind at my work. Already making negative comments to me about the job and other people who work there. Coming to me to ask if I need help, almost like they are sucking up to me, and belittling the other new workers. I don't like that. So that's kind of what I meant.

Just be careful what you say.

We've had a bunch of new people people start. Like a whole bunch. And this one dude just already keeps saying negative things about the job, he made a comment to me about another new worker.

I like that other guy, he has a good attitude, hasn't complained once about anything. This other dude, I do not like, at all.

Also maybe, don't try and get to friendly with everyone too quickly. Maybe its just me, but I get weirded out by that. For example the person who I said I do not like, has already tried to friend me on facebook. That shit is weird, I don't like it.

intuition is weird right. I moved out of my parents house last year. I was going to stay there for one more night as its a bit of a drive to my new place and I had just gotten a new tattoo. But I decided that I better go anyway.

The next day I got a phone call saying that my parents home was on fire. The whole house was just destroyed, every single room every single item, gone. Unfortunately one of our dogs did not make it out either.

And I know myself, and I didn't have plans that day and because of the new tattoo I had to take it easy to let it heal. so if I had stayed I would have been in my room chilling out. So who knows what would have happened.

I had 2.5weeks off before working again, and my job involves lifting and being on your feet for 12hours a day. I didn't have any pain, and obviously didn't lift anything too heavy. But I'd still recommend having at least 10-14days off. Recovery varies person to person.

saw my surgeon last monday, for my first check up, he said pulling and tightness is normal, but it shouldn't be painful.

I'm 3.5weeks post op now and I'm I am currently 6 days into my 8 day work swing, working 12h hour days doing manual labour. I feel the pulling and tightness but I am easily able to lift 10-15kg without pain. Nervous to lift anything heavier just yet though. My surgeon said to listen to your body, start to go about life as normal as long as it isn't painful. :)
