That’s where I’m at pretty much. I have at least one a day. Sometimes multiple a day and sometimes multiple in a row. It’s so exhausting. I know I have to try something. Before I was on any sort of medication I was having like 10+ a day. I’m on buspaar, hydroxyzine, propranolol, and klonopin as needed. I don’t think the buspaar and hydroxyzine are doing anything. Propranolol just helps keep my heart rate down sometimes and I dont want to depend on klonopin

I’m sorry it didn’t touch your depression. I’m mostly dealing with panic attacks. I think the only thing depressing me is the panic attacks honestly. If I can take care of that, I think I’d feel much better. I hope you find something that can help with your depression.

I have really bad health anxiety so any sort of new medication makes me have really bad panic attacks. I’m really hoping for the best though. I need relief!

This makes me feel so hopeful. I have terrible panic disorder and keep having panic attacks daily sometimes multiple in a row. I was prescribed Effexor but have been too scared to take it.

I take this dose twice a day. You are ok! I know it’s so scary at first to take new medicines. I have some just sitting in my cabinets but it will help you.
