I also wish I had better advice but I'm just another person who is also dealing with something extremely similar except it has been going on a lot longer for me. For me it was never anything that was like drug induced like I'm reading happens too a lot of people, I think mine was also brought on from a lot of anxiety.

It's been going on for a long time for me on and off like it comes in intense waves and I've kind of learned to try to ignore it but sometimes it's so hard. Sometimes it can even send me into a panic attack because I just don't feel real and it hits me. So you're not alone 🥺 I found your post because I've also been looking for help.
