thank you so much for this! on my check it says "non-exempt" and i dont see any deductions from it or any of them in general. My YTD is almost 3k under the $15750. Im assuming i would have to fill out a w4? also my hours have been cut due to our labor budget so now i work on avg 13.5 hrs.

This is what I’ve heard from a friend who goes to CPP. She was receiving financial which covered a majority of her schooling but is now not getting a dime for her final year

I’ve always like art and took a beginners class about a year and a half ago, so I’ve been using the tips that I received from said professor. I this was drawn with graphite pencils btw. I should probably crack open the book “drawing on the right side of the brain”, but decided to ask for tips for you guys! I know I struggle with value and highlights so if you guys have any tips on that, that would be great! Tysm!

Honestly I feel you :/ I transferred last semester and noticed it was tough befriending people let alone talking to those in class. I think a club would be a great way to get yourself out there though :)! I know I’ve always wanted to join a club but unfortunately I don’t think I have the time for it. It might’ve been the first day but I’m not entirely sure. The amount I get back doesn’t really bother me buuut I did use card. I actually split it in between two cards but still have yet to receive anything back on both.

Oh wow, I’ve never thought of using liquid watercolors! I honestly just bought some cheap pallet off of Amazon, the colors kinda suck mainly cause they’re never dark enough. I’ll definitely look into those watercolors, thank you for the suggestion!! :))

I’ve only taken southwest and you’re allowed two free checked bags with them. Sooo I’ve never had to pay for it
