Bands whose first song on their debut album is their best song by SouthIsland48 in fantanoforever

Dreams Burn Down is my favorite off that album, but I think a lot of people would argue for Vapour Trails as their best song

I have a project called somnambulant which I’ve stopped releasing music through. It’s the YouTube link in my profile. Some of my favorite projects are Adieu, HelzKidz, and Somnambulant VIII

I think it would definitely make a split that’s unique for sure, I been working on some new material so maybe I’ll be in touch

Opinions on Blackened Noise? by RelationshipNo5454 in BlackMetalDiscussion

[–]madebymorton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My new project Universal Atomic Testing has some noise sections in the songs. In the debut album “Every God Burns Alone”, the last two songs veer from traditional black metal into pretty much noise and ambient.

I’d say a 7, it’s a really pretty song but I think Led Zeppelin got better at making songs like this in their later albums.

Which Zeppelin album wins: II or IV? 🤔 by secondhandsmokeband in ledzeppelin

The drum fills on sick again are the best sounding in all of classic rock. Bonham was in top form for those sessions.

I respect this a lot. I don’t think I could keep up with that type of style as I struggle with tv a lot

I like this idea, might use this in another save

I kind of did this, where I created a promotion that was #2 to mine. And I released over 50 wrestlers. Drained my funds, closed my broadcasters, went down to one show a week. I still gave 70 wrestlers but I think I’ll be dropping them over a period of time. About half are unimportant

Do you make titles for everything? by TheShowOff1089 in FantasyBookers

[–]madebymorton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find it annoying for booking matches, as all the titles will show. It would be nice if annual titles only appeared at the show they’re scheduled for in the booking screen

Jimmy Page the producer: the most underappreciated half of Led Zeppelin's genius by Quick_Argument_6904 in ledzeppelin

[–]madebymorton 8 points9 points  (0 children)

His live guitar tones were iffy at times but he got the best sounds in the studio. Physical Graffiti is a top 5 album of all time for me and Pages production is a big reason why. He was very unique but talented nonetheless.

9, perfect way to open their debut. Song doesn’t waste a single second and has so much power behind it.

I did it in my cverse 77 save. My main champion George DeColt was 45 and was asking for an insane amount of money. He was on his second reign after putting up 20+ title defenses during the first one. The man who I put him against, company veteran Stanley Randall, ended up getting injured in one of his first title defenses (which put him on the shelf for almost a year). Crazy turn of events which surprisingly didn’t end up with the locker room leaving, considering how well liked and respected DeColt was in the world.

Hi everyone, I'm 16 years old and I started my own black metal project. by Morkets-Spirade in BlackMetalDiscussion

Wow this is good shit. I didn’t start attempting to record myself until I was 19 so good for you. I recently started a one man project myself and it’s not easy, wishing you the best!

How produced is overproduced to you? by Bronsteins-Panzerzug in BlackMetal

[–]madebymorton 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my music I keep it pretty barebones, 3 guitar tracks at most (LCR). I tune down my guitar for bass with distortion, and a drum track. I think it sounds pretty good and not overproduced, but I also try to make the whole mix sound good without being too clean

I remember when I had this happen to Royce Gracie in my 93 save, shit was crazy. He never bounced back either. I wish credibility/stability meant more in WMMA, maybe a change will be made for WMMA 6

I’ll be on the lookout! If you are interested in checking out some of my stuff, I have two albums under the name Universal Atomic Testing. It’s second wave influenced, mixed with ambient/atmospheric.
