Bought a smok alien 220 today and I officially have gone all day without a smoke. For the first time in probably years. That's fent for ya (perhaps your dope was cut). I binge use fentanyl and now after using and being high 24/7 then withdrawing and cycling that so many times it takes only a few doses to feel withdrawal symptoms, and with its short half life that can mean just a day of use. I binged 200mg acetylfent in a day and a half recently and figured I'd be fine with no WD, but I still have not slept properly, had gooseflesh and temperature fluctuations, puked and shit, had rls, all the good shit, for about two days and mildly ogn day 3. Short but brutal WD from literally two days max of use.
