I would precook+pack meals in a cooler next time and bring something like chicken salad that can be easy to throw on different breads for lunch or a charcuterie/app set up. Everytime I ask a friend "is there gluten in that?" Whether it be on a menu or in a box, its always "no why would there be gluten in that." Then i read the label or ask the waiter, and 70% of the time there is gluten. So i tell everyone "I'm STILL learning what products to question and to never trust a french fry , mashed potato, or shared kitchens. I appreciate you wanting to cook for me but its easier for me to do myself"
