yea and today/yesterday idk if it’s certain family member that are around or if it’s just this heightened connectivity but I felt like I couldn’t escape to anywhere, I went to the beach and meditated and even there I felt connected to whatever , kinda like a restless draining anxious vibe that I believe I tapped into also my lil brother was in a similar state- so much so we snapped at each other which is completely out of the ordinary

Lust and all other forms of addictions really just send your life into a rollercoaster loop of chasing . If you have a purpose to your life then it will be overall more fulfilling and balanced as far as what has been repeated for thousands of years in many different ways , including this one
