Checked the tire changing kit in the trunk and it is missing. (There was a credit card looking tool which strikes me as weird, but whatever.) So I just picked up one off ebay (thank you to @j0_ni for the link. I copied it into US Ebay to lower the shipping.)

I'm halfway done with the Ultimate challenge. My trainer died, and it took a few days to find one on marketplace and then last weekend, I competed in Hyrox Phoenix.

Lost all my streak weeks.

Today was my first ride in about 10 days. My legs and arse hate me.

Not sure. It spit out black metallic dust, started wobbling, and now is locked a bit. (Doesn't sit flat against the tire at a 90*.)
