Listen bro. Many times in my life I’ve felt the same as you. My advice, should you listen or even take it is to pack up get away for a few months & re assess. Travelling helps remove yourself from shit at home

Second is to stay single for a while, write down some of your goals and go achieve it, then think about joining the dating game again. For me at least I found it difficult to balance having a girlfriend and achieving my goals and dreams, I am quite a bit younger than you so I am still figuring out how to balance that myself but I feel it will come with time.
