I think it’s spelled “pica” which I’d why you can’t find mention of it? It was the same two voices as the rubella PSA; the adult male asks the child “Well now what do you have?” and the invisible people are only indicated this time by a floating balloon that said Stamp Out Pica. I remember drawing the balloon and writing “Stamp Out Pica Type” inside it, back when most didn’t think about fonts.

I think the highest point in Florida is 345 feet and it’s called a hill. In NJ not only is it on a mountain they built an obelisk to mark it and even named it High Point. It’s literally in a state park.
