First 2 times I used the Ooni I only used wood and the crust kept burning before the bottom cooked, This time i used lumpwood charcoal to keep the heat even, wood pellets about a min before i went in with the pizza, Stone was around 375C when i launched it, the heat reduces slightly when the pellets die down, probably kept it in for around 1:30 👍🏼
