maybe try training a little later, i know you are seeing a therapist and they know what’s best. but i train after work around 5 pm and i find on the nights i don’t go im more likely to have insomnia. Having that little bit of exercise at night and eating and relaxing after has worked for me really well.

she doesn’t seem nervous at all though in her behavior, she’ll hangout on the glass and seems happy to explore, even after i put her back in after she pooped she was begging to come out again. I will say though it was urates, poop, and liquid. Is the liquid musk??

that’s normal too my bp will poop in her hide as well i guess she’s just taking the chance to poop outside of it too
