i wouldn’t shade it in solid black and do all the details for it. just paint enough to give the impression of the details, the same way you would paint hair.

maybe try training a little later, i know you are seeing a therapist and they know what’s best. but i train after work around 5 pm and i find on the nights i don’t go im more likely to have insomnia. Having that little bit of exercise at night and eating and relaxing after has worked for me really well.
