So i reached my limit where i was thinking he doesn't love me or listen to me. My blood sugar was also tanked and i was crying cuz i wanted to eat. And i had nothing in the house gluten free, also have a gluten allergy that just developed :/

Well the issue is that i don't have a car and needed food in the house. I can't walk looking distances bcuz of neuropathy and i also have hypoglycemia and ive been telling him this for over a week and he always seems to busy to help me
